Shattered...:
Picking Yourself Back Up When Your Life Is in Pieces

Inside the birth of this book: As a Registered Nurse with a long career in Emergency Medicine and Trauma care at Level 1 Facility, caring for every type of illness and injury known to man and caring for patients in such a high-stress atmosphere was all she knew how to do.

It wasn’t until after sustaining a life-changing - career-ending injury in a freak accident herself, that she realized that being the patient brought a whole new meaning to pain, strength, motivation, and hope. Having been through a medical life-altering experience has given her a completely different perspective on how your life, your body, your mind, and your finances change in an instant. Never take a moment for granted because you never know when life as you know it will change in a split second.

By using her medical and counseling career, combining it with her personal experience as a patient, she can help you take your own experiences and personal situations of adversity, and turn them around. She will give you examples, steps, and true stories you can relate to in your own life. These stories will make you laugh, motivate you, bring you to tears, and allow you to see that you are not alone in what you are going through. She has been there and understands how even the smallest of issues can feel like the end of the world when you are experiencing it in real-time. By reading this book, you will hear from someone who has been where you are and help guide you to where you want to be. It’s not an easy road, but after working very hard, getting back up was the only option to move forward.

The Hovering View - Life After Death

This eBook was written after 10 years of one-to-one interviews with patients who agreed to share their experiences of 'life after death' from successful resuscitation's and recovery. These true life-after-death experiences occurred from automobile accidents, farming accidents, recreational surgery incidents, medical incidents, medical allergic reactions, and any other means of when their hearts stopped, and they were declared clinically dead. Yet they were monitored and resuscitated by emergency medical personnel, physicians, and nurses successfully back to life.

These medically documented patients agreed to share in the interviews with me what they went through, what they saw, heard, and the they confessed they could never tell anyone for fear of being called "crazy." Their 'secret' from their families, spouses, and friends stayed with these patients until they agreed to tell all to this Registered Nurse who showed them an understanding, compassion, and privacy of their experiences.

These true documented stories were also helpful to families, spouses, and friends who patients agreed to have them present themselves during these interviews  never knew what these patients saw, heard, or experienced in the afterlife of their cardiac arrest.
